Birchwood Suite: $552
One Loft Guest Room, private loft with private bath: $472
Book both Loft rooms (friends and family only): $442 each room ($884 total).
Payment Is required within 48 hours of reservation confirmation! After 7 days, your reservation will be released back to the waiting list!
Price includes taxes and tip for your meal at the Salem Cross Inn.
Subtract $89 for single occupancy (less one Feast ticket).
Add $80 + Feast ticket for a roll-away bed (Master or Birchwood only)
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Fireplace Feast Reservations are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule.
(If you must cancel and we can re-sell your date, we will issue a refund less our standard $50 cancellation fee after we receive payment from the new guests.)
2. Should your Feast date be cancelled due to any reason outside of our control, we will offer a reschedule to a future date. Possibly in the following season if no dates remain available or work for you in this season. We cannot offer refunds under these circumstances.
3. Should we need to cancel your reservation due to circumstances local only to Laurel Ridge Bed & Breakfast, regardless of cause, we will offer your choice of full refund or reschedule.
