We require at least 72 hours between booking and the date of your stay to allow us to properly prepare for your visit.

All rates are for one evening, two guests per room, and always includes an amazing breakfast.

Standard Rates - (no minimum stay requirement):
   Master Suite: $279
   Loft Bedroom (Private*): $209
   Loft Bedrooms, if booking both: $189 each (shared bath)

Holidays** and during the May, July, and September Brimfield Antique Shows (minimum stay two nights):
   Master Suite: $349
   Loft Bedroom (Private*): $279
   Loft Bedrooms, if booking both: $249 each (shared bath)

*We only book one loft room on any given date, unless you choose to book them both at the lower per room rate and understand that they share one bath.

Yes, we can create a custom gift certificate for you!  Redemption subject to room availability, and a balance may be due if a "standard rate" certificate is redeemed against a premium date.

A note about how we collect payment: Once we agree on a reservation, we will email an invoice out to you through QuickBooks.  You may then safely and securely settle the invoice with credit, debit, or e-check. You may also mail us a good old fashioned paper check. We keep all of us safe in this manner - none of your sensitive personal or credit data ever crosses our computers, our servers, or our web site and is handled exclusively on QuickBook's state of the art secure systems.

Policies and points of note:
  • Reservations are always required.
  • We treat our guests like family.  Welcome!  We promise that you will find no other B&B like ours.  Anywhere.
  • Reservation calls are answered from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week.  Please e-mail Linda off hours, and she will respond promptly.
  • Rates are for up to two persons per room, and include morning beverages and a gourmet breakfast, taxes are additional.
  • The facility is not suitable for children under 12. Exceptions may be made only when the entire property is rented by one group. Children over 12 are welcome, and qualify as a full priced guest. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Complimentary beverages and snacks will greet you when you arrive.
  • The Master Suite can easily accommodate up to two roll-away beds ($60 each off-peak, $80 each during peak periods.)
  • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM.  Feel free to linger as long as you wish and enjoy the property.
  • Peak period reservations require full payment within two days of booking to hold the rooms and are not refundable.  (Unless we are able to sell the room(s) to a new guest - in which case the standard refund policy applies after payment from the new guests is received.)
  • Off-peak period reservations of three nights or less require full payment within five days of booking to hold the room.  Off-peak reservations of four nights or more require a 50% deposit. The balance remaining will be billed two weeks prior to check-in.
COVID:
  • We follow CDC, State, and Local regulations and guidelines - including mask mandates and capacity limits. (There are currently no such limitations in place in our area.)
  • There are risks associated with traveling outside of your home and visiting our Bed & Breakfast, including exposure to disease-causing organisms such as COVID-19, and involves a certain degree of risk that could result in illness, permanent disability, or death.
  • By paying our invoice, reading these special COVID policies and practices, and by entering our establishment: you agree to release and hold-harmless Laurel Ridge Bed & Breakfast and its agents, contractors, employees, owners, and vendors from and against all claims for damages and liability resulting from exposure to disease-causing organisms, such as COVID-19, and contaminated objects, as well as personal human contact associated with your stay at Laurel Ridge.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Peak Period Reservations are non-refundable.
  • Fireplace Feast Package Reservations are non-refundable.
  • Off peak reservations cancelled with at least 14 days notice are refundable less a $50 service charge.
  • Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice are not eligible for refund.
  • Bride's Packages require at least 30 days notice for cancellation. Greater than 30 days notice is the standard $50 fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are not eligible for refund.
  • Wedding cancellations - please see your contract for details.
COVID related cancellations:
  • If you are ill or exposed, we will work with you to reschedule at no charge.
Other Policies and points of note:
  • Please make us aware of food allergies and special diet considerations when booking.
  • Wi-fi Internet is free and available for all your devices.
  • Parking is plentiful with no limit on quantity or size of vehicles (except no tractor-trailers beyond the entrance as the bends in the road are too tight).
  • Antiques dealers - we welcome your international shipping containers, "PODS", box trucks, etc.  Shipping containers may be dropped off the week before and picked up the week after.  No charge!  
  • Cell coverage is good for most major carriers.
  • We have a cat in the house.  Please take this into consideration for allergies.
  • Our goats and chickens are kept in a fenced in barn yard. Access to these areas is allowed only while accompanied by an owner or Laurel Ridge employee.
  • We are very sorry, but we cannot accommodate guest pets of any type - especially dogs as the owner is severely allergic to dogs. Please don't ask to bring dogs of any type, size, or breed to our property.
  • All guest rooms, and the property in general, require the ability to climb and navigate stairs.
  • This is a strictly non-smoking property.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the house, on the decks, or the balcony.
  • This is an owner-occupied B&B with just three guest rooms and as such we are exempt from ADA Title III regulations. See ADA Title III for details. (Search for "not more than five rooms".)
